In 1980, Tom Weatherford founded UCI Construction, Inc., a full-service merit shop construction company. He envisioned a company that would exceed customer expectations, while maintaining a safe, quality-driven work environment. He wanted a place where employees would be proud to work and encouraged to excel. His dream and hard work became a reality. The company has flourished.

 

UCI Construction, Inc. built their stellar reputation in the petrochemical and alternative energy industries in the early ‘80s. UCI Construction, Inc. then diversified into food processing, utilizing their specialty piping process. All the while, solidifying their reputation for versatility, integrity, quality, safety and responsiveness.

 

Today, UCI Construction, Inc. has successfully expanded into California’s wine and dairy industries while continuing to advance their core business in the energy, petrochemical and civil sectors.
